Sale Documents definition

Sale Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Sale Order, and all documents, instruments, and agreements executed and delivered in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the Purchase Agreement.

Sale Documents means this Agreement and the Seller Note.
Sale Documents means this Aircraft Sale Agreement, together with all Exhibits hereto, each Acceptance Certificate, each Xxxx of Sale, the Seller Guarantee, each Lease Transfer Agreement and each effective time notice thereunder (howsoever described pursuant thereto), together with any other document agreed in writing by Seller and Buyer to constitute a Sale Document for the purposes of this Agreement.
