The Applicable Margin shall be established based on the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the most recently completed Fiscal Quarter and the Applicable Margin established on a Pricing Date shall remain in effect until the next Pricing Date. The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower in writing of any additional interest and fees due because of such recalculation, and the Borrower shall pay within five (5) Business Days of receipt of such written notice such additional interest or fees due to the Administrative Agent, for the account of each Lender holding Commitments and Loans at the time the additional interest and fee payment is received.
