Sale Agreements definition

Sale Agreements. This Agreement, the Current Excess Servicing Spread Acquisition Agreement for FHLMC Mortgage Loans, the Current Excess Servicing Spread Acquisition for GNMA Mortgage Loans and the Current Excess Servicing Spread Acquisition Agreement for Non-Agency Mortgage Loans.

Sale Agreements means the Purchase and Sale Agreement and the Sale and Contribution Agreement.

Sale Agreements shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05.

• Notwithstanding such variances, we intend this letter to apply, with same effect, to all the Sale Agreements for the transactions identified on Exhibit 1 hereto, except if such variances are material, in which case the parties hereto will consider in good faith how to implement the intent of this letter to such variances if the need arises.

More Definitions of Sale Agreements

Sale Agreements means the Purchase and Sale Agreement and the Sub-Originator Sale Agreement.
