Salary Reduction Amount definition

Salary Reduction Amount means any contribution made by a Participating Company to an employee benefit plan maintained by the Participating Company that is excludable under sections 125, 132(f) or 402(e)(3) of the Code from the gross income of the Employee on whose behalf the contribution is made.
Salary Reduction Amount means the amount which the Employee has elected as a reduction in this compensation.
Salary Reduction Amount means the amount by which a Participant elects to reduce his or her Compensation for the fiscal year pursuant to his or her Stock Option Agreement.
