Salary Deferral Election definition

Salary Deferral Election means an election by a Participant to defer the receipt of Compensation pursuant to a Salary Deferral Agreement as described in Section 3.03 and adjustments relating thereto, and to have such deferred amount contributed to the Plan by the Employer on behalf of the Participant as a Salary Deferral Contribution.
Salary Deferral Election means an election to defer Salary as provided in Section 3.1.
Salary Deferral Election means a written, electronic or other form of election permitted by the Administrative Committee, pursuant to which a Participant may elect to defer under the Plan a portion of his Base Salary.

  • The effective date may not be a date prior to the date this Salary Deferral Election is completed and signed.

  • In order to make Salary Deferrals under the Plan, a Participant must enter into a Salary Deferral Election which authorizes the Employer to withhold a specific dollar amount or a specific percentage from the Participant’s Plan Compensation.

More Definitions of Salary Deferral Election

Salary Deferral Election means an agreement between a Participant and the Company under which the Participant agrees to defer a portion of his or her Base Salary.
