Said Phase definition

Said Phase means the work of development of the Said Phase Land by constructing thereupon 1 Block of 2 buildings comprising ground plus 16 floors each in accordance with the Sanctioned Plans and handing over possession of the completed Apartments therein to the Allottees thereof, respectively.
Said Phase means the work of development of the Said Phase Land by constructing thereupon Tower Nos. 3,4,5,6,7,8 & 9, whereby Tower Nos. 3,4,5,6,7,8 &9 are ground plus 20 floors each and a Ground plus six storied podium each in accordance with the Sanctioned Plans and handing over possession of the completed Apartments therein to the Allottees thereof, respectively.

  • The Promoter has assured the Allottees that the Said Phase in its entirety is in accordance with the applicable laws of West Bengal and the Promoters are executing the Said Phase in compliance with the laws and/or regulations as applicable in this State.

  • The Developer shall manage and maintain the Block Common Portion and the Phase Common Portions till the Phase Association of the Said Phase, as mention in Article 7 of Schedule-J, is formed.

  • After obtaining the occupancy certificate, the completion certificate, the partial occupancy certificate or the partial completion certificate, as the case may be, for the Said Phase and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoters to handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottees or the Competent Authority, as the case may be, as per the applicable laws.

  • After its formation, the Developer shall hand over the management and maintenance of the Block Common Portion and the Phase Common Portions to the Phase Association of the Said Phase.

  • The Promoters shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Said Phase as disclosed at the time of registration of the Said Phase with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee and the Phase Common Portions to the Association of Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

  • The Allottee agrees and confirms that, in the event if becomes impossible for the Promoters to implement the Said Phase due to Force Majeure conditions, then this allotment shall stand terminated and the Developer, on behalf of all the Promoters, shall refund to the Allottee the entire amount paid by him/her to the Developer for the allotment within 45 days from that date, less the taxes, if any.

  • Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Allottee has to make any payment, in common with the other Allottees of the Said Block, Said Phase or the Said Project, as the case may be, the same shall be the proportion which the super built-up area of the Apartment bears to the total super built-up area of all the Units in the Said Block, the Said Phase or the Said Project, as the case may be.

  • Municipal and other rates, taxes and levies and all other outgoings in respect of the Said Phase or the Buildings or any part thereof (save those assessed separately in respect of the Said Unit).

Related to Said Phase

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Design Phase means the period during which the Transporter shall prepare a draft project proposal for publication in accordance with section 4.3;

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Phase or “Phases” in respect of the Project shall mean that the components of the Project are placed in service during more than one year during the Investment Period, and the word “Phase” shall therefore refer to the applicable portion of the Project placed in service in a given year during the Investment Period.

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to the Generating Facility, after completion of the construction of the Generating Facility, in order to verify that the Generating Facility may be released for Operation.

  • Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Commencement of Commercial Production means the first occurrence of Commercial Production in an Area.

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a product in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b) and is intended to explore a variety of doses, dose response, and duration of effect, and to generate initial evidence of clinical safety and activity in a target patient population, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authorities in a country other than the United States.

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);

  • Phase III Study means a human clinical trial that is prospectively designed to demonstrate statistically whether a product is safe and effective for use in humans in a manner sufficient to obtain regulatory approval to market such product in patients having the disease or condition being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(c) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Phase IIb Clinical Trial means a clinical trial of a Product on sufficient numbers of patients that is designed to provide a preliminary determination of safety and efficacy of such Product in the target patient population over a range of doses and dose regimens.

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.

  • Phase 1 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product on sufficient numbers of normal volunteers and/or patients that is designed to establish that such Product is safe for its intended use and to support its continued testing in Phase 2 Clinical Trials. For purposes of this Agreement, ‘initiation’ of a Phase 1 Clinical Trial for a Product means the first dosing of such Product in a human subject in a Phase 1 Clinical Trial.
