Sage definition

Sage means The Sage Group plc or an Affiliate thereof.

Sage means the Sage contracting entity that the End-User has placed an Order with either directly or indirectly through a Reseller in Schedule 1 below.

Sage means (i) Sage Software, Inc., a Virginia corporation with offices at 000 00xx Xxxxxx XX, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000, if you are domiciled in the United States or any country other than Canada, and (ii) Sage Software Canada Ltd., an Alberta corporation with offices at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx., Suite 1500, Toronto, Ontario M5J 0A1, if you are domiciled in Canada.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your personnel are made aware, prior to disclosure of any Confidential Information to them, that all Confidential Information is the confidential and proprietary material of Sage or its Affiliates, and that such personnel owe a duty of confidence to Sage.

• Sage will have no responsibility under these limited warranties for any Software that has been modified, lost, stolen, or damaged by accident, abuse, or misapplication.

Sage the Sage entity as follows: If you are domiciled in (i) Europe, Middle East or Africa, Sage Global Services Limited a company incorporated in England (company registration number 09506951) whose registered office is at Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxx xxxx Xxxx, XX00 0XX; and (ii) if you are domiciled in Asia, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx xx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx or the Caribbean, Sage Global Services US, Inc., a Delaware corporation;
