Safety Procedures means those procedures and protocols set out in the Environmental, Health and Safety Plan in Exhibit D.

Safety Procedures. The Contractor’s pilots will determine all conditions regarding safety prior to and during the flight. Should the Contractor’s pilots consider the conditions unsafe, they will either forego that particular flight or return to base or any other site deemed more appropriate for safety reasons. The flight schedule is approximate, and may be subject to change for reasons of inclement weather or sage-grouse behavior as a result of range conditions. Schedules may be adjusted between locations if necessary to complete survey work in an effective manner.
