Safety Policies definition

Safety Policies all Policies, current or past, which are owned or maintained by or on behalf of the Company or any of its predecessors which relate to the Safety Business but do not relate to the New Xxxxxx Businesses, including without limitation the Policies identified on Schedule 1.01(c)(3).
Safety Policies shall have the meaning set forth in Article 12.0.
Safety Policies mean the policies notified to the Managing Agent from time to time

  • Company Safety Policies (OHS policy, smoking policy, substance abuse policy, PPE policy, HIV/AIDS policy etc.) – To be signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Related to Safety Policies

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Privacy Policies has the meaning specified in Section 4.14(e).

  • Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Safety Plan means a written document that has procedures, requirements, or standards related to safety which the pool staff shall follow. The safety plan shall include training and emergency response procedures.

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.
