Safety Laws definition

Safety Laws means the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29 U.S.C. § 651 et seq., as amended, and any regulations promulgated thereunder or any equivalent foreign, federal, state or local Requirements of Law, each as amended, and any regulations promulgated thereunder or any other foreign, federal, state or local Requirements of Law, each as amended, and any regulations promulgated thereunder, pertaining or relating to the protection of employees from exposure to Regulated Substances in the workplace (but excluding workers compensation and wage and hour laws).
Safety Laws means, as the context requires,
Safety Laws means the Occupational Safety and Health Act and any other federal, state, and local and foreign law, regulation or legal requirement relating to health or safety, each as now or hereinafter in effect, including any such law, regulation or legal requirement relating to the (a) exposure of employees to any Chemical Substance, air quality or working conditions or noise or (b) the physical structure, use or condition of a building, facility, fixture or other structure, including, without limitation, those relating to equipment or manufacturing processes, or the management, use, storage, disposal, cleanup or removal of any Chemical Substances, air quality or working conditions.

  • It shall be a condition of employment that all Employees use and wear the safety equipment provided by the Contractor and practice the safety procedures specified by the Contractor and the State Safety Code and Federal Safety Laws.

  • The School Council may terminate this Agreement immediately if, in the School’s Council’s reasonable opinion, it determines at any time that: there is a breach of any Child Safety Laws caused by, or in any way connected with, the Hirer or its Associates; or the Hirer or any of its Associates are not suitable to engage in Child-connected work for the purposes of the School Council and School Staff's compliance with the Child Safety Laws or relevant School Council Child Safety Policies.

Safety Laws means any Law, excluding Environmental Laws and Surface Mining Laws, or any rule of common Law and any judicial or administrative interpretation thereof, including any judicial or administrative order, consent decree or judgment, relating to public or employee health or safety, including, without limitation, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29 U.S.C. § 651 et seq. and MSHA.
Safety Laws means any requirement imposed by or under any Applicable Law that is relevant to safety in respect of the making available of LPG by way of piped LPG distribution network and/or LPG.

Safety Laws means the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended, together with all other applicable Laws (including rules, regulations, codes, common law, plans, injunctions, judgments, orders, decrees, rulings and charges thereunder) of any Governmental Entity concerning employee health and safety.
Safety Laws means and refer to any federal, state or local statute, law, rule, regulation, ordinance, code, guideline or written policy in effect as of the date hereof, or any rule of common law now in effect and any judicial or administrative interpretation thereof, including any judicial or administrative order, consent decree or judgment, relating to public or employee health or safety, including, without limitation, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29 U.S.C. § 651 et seq. and the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977, 30 U.S.C. § 801 et seq;
Safety Laws means any requirement imposed by or under anyApplicable Law that is relevant to safety in respect of the storage of natural gas.
