Safety Database definition

Safety Database has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5.
Safety Database shall have the meaning set forth in the PV Agreement attached hereto.
Safety Database means all information related to the safety of administering the p53 Collaboration Product in humans and animals that was gathered during the course of development of the p53 Collaboration Product.
