SAFETY AND. SECURITY: For security reasons, residence entrances are locked and monitored by CCTV cameras at all times. Only authorized staff and residents are permitted entry. It is the residents’ responsibility to prevent outsiders and/or tailgaters from entering the residences and report any suspicious activities to Security Services immediately. LIMCORE is a secure site and LIMCORE is not responsible for the loss of cryptocurrency to third parties by actions that are beyond LIMCORE’s reasonable control. In any event, LIMCORE will never be responsible for lost or stolen virtual coins at the hands of third parties that are beyond the reasonable scope of LIMCORE’s control, but in the unlikely event that it is shown the fault lies with LIMCORE, you agree to damages for any alleged loss be set at $1.00 (One USD) per account.

Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.

  • Clean air standards, as used in this clause means:

  • Best management practices (BMP) means schedules of activities, prohibitions of practices, maintenance procedures, and other management practices to prevent or reduce the pollution of waters of the United States. BMPs include treatment requirements, operation procedures, and practices to control plant site runoff, spillage or leaks, sludge or waste disposal, or drainage from raw material storage.
