SAFE Circular definition

SAFE Circular means the Notice on Relevant Issues Concerning Foreign Exchange Administration for Domestic Residents to Engage in Overseas Investment and Financing and Round Trip Investment via Special Purpose Companies issued by SAFE on July 4, 2014.
SAFE Circular means, to the extent applicable, any of SAFE Circular 78, SAFE Circular 7, SAFE Circular 75 or SAFE Circular 37;
SAFE Circular means the SAFE Circular on Issues Relating to the Administration of Foreign Exchange of Company Financing through Offshore Special Purpose Vehicles and Round-Tripping Investment by PRC Resident (《关于境内居民通过境外特殊目的公司融资及返程投资外汇管理相关问题的通知》[汇发(2005)75 号]) issued by SAFE with effect from November 1, 2005 and any subsequent implementation rules, regulations and other applicable laws of the PRC in force from time to time which operate to implement, enhance, restate, amend or repeal the aforesaid SAFE Circular or any part thereof.
