SaaS Terms definition

SaaS Terms means the terms and conditions set forth in this Attachment (SaaS Terms and Conditions).

SaaS Terms means the Find Harry SaaS Terms for the Find Harry App used with the Find Harry Service.

SaaS Terms means the latest version of the document available at xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/termsandconditions/MaplebrookWills- SaaSAcceptableUsePolicy.pdf, as may be Updated from time to time; and Virus means any virus, disabling code (including code intended to limit or prevent any use any software or system) or other malicious software (including malware, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, trojan horses, ransomware and spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware).

• Unless defined in these SaaS Terms and Conditions, capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined in Exhibit A.

SaaS Terms means the terms and conditions set out in Schedule 1;

SaaS Terms means the terms set out in the clauses and other provisions of this document (including the schedule), as Updated from time to time; Service Period means the period beginning on Order Acceptance and ending with the last of the Subscribed Service Periods;

SaaS Terms means Viotel’s SaaS Terms of Use located at xxx.xxxxxx.xx/xxxx as updated by Viotel from time to time. Sales Tax means sales tax, goods and services tax, value added tax or equivalent tax payable under any applicable law. Services means the SaaS Services and any Related Services. Subscription Term means the subscription term for the SaaS Services (e.g. monthly or annual) specified in the Order.
