SaaS Solution definition

SaaS Solution means the combination of SaaS System and SaaS Services to provide a complete solution;
SaaS Solution means the specific AvePoint proprietary hosted service(s) specified on an Order form, including any related AvePoint dashboards, APIs, and AvePoint Software.
SaaS Solution and “SaaS Software” mean the computer software listed on a SaaS subscription schedule to which Vendor has granted the Port access and use as part of the subscription. This includes any customization, other derivative works, upgrades, releases, fixes, patches, etc., related to the software that Vendor develops or deploys during the term of this Agreement, together with all documentation provided by or otherwise required of Vendor for any of the software, customization, other derivative works, upgrade, releases, fixes, patches, etc.

  • To the extent Purchaser has prepaid for any SaaS Solution, Vendor will apply prepayments for the nonconforming period to Purchaser’s next invoice.

  • Vendor agrees to cooperate as requested by Purchaser with such other persons or firms to coordinate the provision of SaaS Solution for or on behalf of Purchaser.


More Definitions of SaaS Solution

SaaS Solution means a Solution hosted by FIS for Client and an “Installed Solution” means a Solution installed at a non-FIS or FIS affiliate owned or controlled data center. Where the Solution is hosted by FIS for Client pursuant to Hosting Services, if Client terminates such Hosting Services, as expressly permitted in the Agreement, following the effective date of such termination, the Solution shall be an Installed Solution for the purposes of this document. 1 FIS Support Responsibilities FIS support responsibilities cover the following areas, as further described in this Section 1:
SaaS Solution means the web enabled software-as-a-service services described in greater detail in applicable Ordering Documents, including, without limitation: (a) the provision by Vendor of Updates, Replacement Products and all other software, such as SaaS Enabling Software (if applicable); (b) the Website and any platforms and applications used by Vendor to ensure that the SaaS Solution conforms to the Documentation; and (c) the maintenance and support services set forth in the applicable MASLs and all other maintenance and support services listed in an applicable Ordering Document. For the avoidance of doubt, any SaaS Solution constitutes “Vendor Software” as defined in the Agreement.
SaaS Solution means the LVT software-as-a-service solution listed or described in the applicable Schedule and made available to Customer and Users by LVT under such Schedule and this Agreement, including any and all Updates of the preceding.
SaaS Solution means the service platform and infrastructure, including the Software Service, Documentation and third party hardware and software as described in the SOW, all as hosted by the Hosting Provider and made available through the Internet for remote access and use by the Customer.
SaaS Solution means the software referred to by OTA Insight that resides in the cloud and that has the Product functionalities described in Schedule 1 and may be accessed by Users through the Internet.
