SaaS Software definition

SaaS Software means those SaaS licensed programs and associated documentation licensed to City by Contractor as listed in this Agreement and Appendices and any modification or Upgrades or modifications to the program(s) provided under this Agreement.
SaaS Software the computer software listed on a SaaS Subscription Schedule to which Contractor has granted City access and use as part of the Subscription Services. Examples of SaaS Software in a sentence

  • Any SaaS Software developed by Contractor during the performance of the Contract will belong solely and exclusively to Contractor and its licensors.

More Definitions of SaaS Software

SaaS Software means Software that is installed on hardware arranged by and under the control of Seeq, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. SaaS Software is managed by Seeq. Example of SaaS Software include Seeq Server installed as SaaS Software.
SaaS Software means the software application and/or modules set forth on Exhibit A, including updates and bug fixes made available by Supplier in connection with such software application and/or modules. SaaS Software does not include upgrades that include new functionality and for which Supplier charges an additional fee to its customers.
