SaaS Product definition

SaaS Product means the subscription-based, hosted software-as-a-service product that is provided to Customer by TELVENT pursuant to the Transaction Document. “SaaS 产品”指 TELVENT 根据交易文件提供给客户的基于订阅的托管的软件即服务产品。

SaaS Product means a Party’s software-as-a-service solution that is made available on a hosted basis by or for such Party, including all of the component offerings as may be described in the respective Product Schedule.

SaaS Product means any Software made available by Riverbed through hosted services, software as a service (SaaS), or cloud services as set forth in the applicable ordering documentation received by Riverbed, the Product description on Riverbed’s then-current price list, or the Additional Use Rights with respect to a particular Product. For the avoidance of doubt, any Hosting Services provided by Riverbed for a Perpetually Licensed Product, Term Licensed Product, or a Subscription Product do not change such Product to a SaaS Product for purposes of this Agreement.

• Acoustic will apply the highest applicable compensation based on the cumulative availability of the SaaS Product as shown in the table below.

• Acoustic will treat all Content as confidential by not disclosing Content except to Acoustic employees, contractors, and sub- processors, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the SaaS Product, unless otherwise specified in an Attachment.

More Definitions of SaaS Product

SaaS Product means the hosted, software-as-a-service version of the Moogsoft application intelligence software product.
