  • Participating Stockholder means a “Participating Stockholder” under the HBB Stockholders’ Agreement, HY Stockholders’ Agreement and NACCO Stockholders’ Agreement, to the extent the Partnership owns HBB Class B Shares, HY Class B Shares or NACCO Class B Shares.
