RV Park Property definition

RV Park Property means the real property described in Exhibit 1 (APN 000-000-00 and APN 023-100-13), and the improvements located thereon, upon which the Gold Ranch RV Resort is located.
RV Park Property means the real property described in Exhibit 5C upon which Dayton Depot intends to build the RV Park.
