Ruling Request means any letter filed by Parent with the IRS requesting a ruling regarding certain tax consequences of the Transactions (including all attachments, exhibits, and other materials submitted with such ruling request letter) and any amendment or supplement to such ruling request letter.

Ruling Request means any letter filed by MetLife with the IRS or any other Tax Authority requesting a ruling (including the IRS Ruling and the Other Tax Rulings) regarding certain Tax consequences of the Transactions (including all attachments, exhibits, and other materials submitted with such ruling request letter) and any amendment or supplement to such ruling request letter.

Ruling Request means the request for ruling in connection with the Donnelley Financial Distribution filed by RRD with the IRS, as amended or supplemented, including any appendices and exhibits attached thereto or included therewith and including so much of the pre-submission materials submitted by RRD to the IRS, as related to the Donnelley Financial Distribution.

Ruling Request means any letter filed by ParentCo or its Affiliates with the IRS or other Tax Authority requesting a ruling regarding certain tax consequences of the Separation Transactions (including all attachments, exhibits, and other materials submitted with such ruling request letter) and any amendment or supplement to such ruling request letter.

Ruling Request means any letter filed by Remainco with the IRS or other Tax Authority requesting a ruling regarding the Intended Tax Treatment or any intended tax treatment of a Separation Transaction that is described on Exhibit C attached hereto (including all attachments, exhibits, and other materials submitted with such ruling request letter and any amendment or supplement to such ruling request letter).
