The certificates, book entry or other form of notation representing the Shares sold pursuant to this Subscription Agreement will be notated with a legend or designation, which communicates in some manner that the Shares were issued pursuant to Section 4(a)(6) of the Securities Act and may only be resold pursuant to Rule 501 of Regulation CF.
