  • In the event that the Plan is not continued by the transferee, purchaser or successor entity, the Plan shall terminate subject to the provisions of the Plan, including Rule 7 and Rule 10, and the Participant or any Representative shall have no further claim for compensation arising out of any such termination of the Plan.
