RSU Plan definition

RSU Plan means the restricted share unit plan for senior officers, employees and consultants adopted in November of 2008 by Jaguar, as amended from time to time;

RSU Plan means the restricted share unit plan of the Corporation;

RSU Plan means the restricted share unit plan of the Company;

• The RSU Plan provides that, in such circumstances, the Board may determine to adjust the number of Restricted Voting Shares to be issued upon the vesting of RSU awards.
