Examples of RSL Investors in a sentence

  • This Agreement shall become effective, binding and operative immediately, and shall terminate and become void and of no further force and effect upon the earlier to occur of (i) the mutual agreement of the Parties and (ii) the date on which the RSL Investors and the TW Investors cease to beneficially own any Equity Securities; provided, that Sections 2, 9 and 10 (other than Section 10.15) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
