RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit definition

RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit means a Generation Unit that has received a Statement of Qualification from the DOER, including a Generation Unit termed a New Renewable Generation Unit in a Statement of Qualification issued by the DOER pursuant to 225 CMR 14.00.
