Royalty Product definition

Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.
Royalty Product means an implantable lead (alone or in combination with other devices) that if sold by CPI or one of its Affiliates in the Implantable Cardiac Field would (absent the License) Infringe a valid and enforceable claim of an issued Royalty Patent.
Royalty Product means any Patent Royalty Product or the one Contribution Royalty Product, and “Royalty Products” shall be constructed to mean both of the foregoing;

More Definitions of Royalty Product

Royalty Product means any one of the Original Royalty Products, Additional Royalty Products or CAT19 Products, and “Royalty Products” shall be constructed to mean any combination of two or more of the Original Royalty Products, Additional Royalty Products and CAT19 Products, as the context requires;
Royalty Product means any PRODUCT [***], the manufacture, use or sale of which would infringe a VALID CLAIM of a POOLED PATENT in a country in the LICENSED TERRITORY and is either a LET7 PRODUCT, a MIR34 PRODUCT or a MIR16 PRODUCT.
Royalty Product means a Product with respect to which a Party has exercised or is deemed to have exercised the Opt-Out Option and the other Party has provided or is deemed to have provided a Pursuit Notice in accordance with Section 7.5(b) or 14.2(b).
Royalty Product shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.1.
Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) a Tekmira Royalty Product.
Royalty Product means a Product that (i) contains a Compound that was Discovered under the Research Program and (ii) is used against a Commercial Target.
Royalty Product means (a) an Independent Product; (b) a Collaboration Product with respect solely to any Independent Indication; or (c) with respect solely to the ROW Territory, a Collaboration Product, an Independent Product or Independent Indication.
