Royalty Fee definition

Royalty Fee means a royalty fee in the amount of $0.00 of Actual Production payable by BC Hydro to the Province for each year of the Term in accordance with Article 6 of the Master Agreement.
Royalty Fee means the royalties and annual fees payable under this Agreement as set out in Appendix 2.
Royalty Fee means the royalties payable in accordance with clause 5 as set out in Appendix 2A in respect of the calendar year 2019.

  • The Royalty Fee shall be payable for a period commencing as of the sixth (6th) anniversary of the date of incorporation of Company and expiring on the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Effective Date (“Royalty Term”) (it being understood that, notwithstanding anything in this IP Agreement to the contrary, Company’s obligation to pay the Royalty Fee pursuant to this clause 5.3 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this IP Agreement).
