By submitting this tender, the tenderer certifies that he is not in any of the cases of exclusion listed in the Articles 67 to 70 of the Law of 17 June 2016 and the Articles 61 to 64 of the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017.
In accordance with Article 81 of the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017, the tenderer is required to report immediately any gap, error or omission in the procurement documents that precludes him from establishing his price or compare tenders, within ten days at the latest before the deadline for receipt of tenders.

In accordance with Article 37 of the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017, the contracting authority may for the purpose of verifying the prices carry out an audit of any and all accounting documents and an on-site audit to check the correctness of the indications supplied.
Chapter ‘Specific contractual and administrative conditions’ of these Tender Specifications (CSC/Cahier Spécial des Charges) holds the specific administrative and contractual provisions that apply to this public procurement contract as a derogation of the Royal Decree of 14.01.2013 or as a complement or an elaboration thereof.
The Belgium law also provides that a Royal Decree may be enacted to establish standards for information security for specified categories of data processing.
In accordance with Article 37 of the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017, the contracting authority may for the purpose of verifying the prices carry out an audit of any and all accounting documents and perform on-the-spot checks with a view of verifying the correctness of the indications supplied.
This chapter of these Tender Specifications holds the specific provisions that apply to this public procurement contract as a derogation of the 'General Implementing Rules for public procurement contracts and for public works concessions’ of the Royal Decree of 14 January 2013, hereinafter referred to as 'GIR', or as a complement or an elaboration thereof.
