ROW Territory definition

ROW Territory means all countries in the world other than the US Territory.

ROW Territory means all countries in the world except the NA TERRITORY;

ROW Territory means the world, excluding the US Territory.

• Each of Celgene and Juno shall reasonably cooperate with the other Party in its efforts to ensure that all government reporting, including price and gift reporting, sales, marketing and promotional practices in respect of each Licensed Product both within and outside the ROW Territory meet the standards required by applicable Laws.
