Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.
Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.
Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition. Prosecution and Maintenance means, with regard to a particular Patent, the preparation, filing, prosecution and maintenance of such Patent, as well as re-examinations, reissues and the like with respect to that Patent, together with the conduct of interferences, the defense of oppositions and other similar proceedings with respect to that Patent.
