Rotating Shifts definition

Rotating Shifts. Rotating shifts are when an employee works on rostered rotating shifts, i.e. day, afternoon and night. "Shift Worker". Whilst an employee works on rotating shifts or permanent night shift, they shall be considered to be a Shift Worker for the purposes of this Agreement. Each hour (or part thereof) of Standard Hours of work shall be paid at the rate applicable for the day on which the hour (or part thereof) was worked.

Rotating Shifts. Rotating shifts are when an employee works on rostered rotating shifts, i.e. day, afternoon and night.   • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.
