Rope Rescue definition

Rope Rescue means an environment (open or confined space, high angle or low angle) in which the load is predominately supported by a rope rescue system;
Rope Rescue means the rescue of persons at height from buildings, cliffs, trees, or slopes where individuals must be lowered or raised by rescuers.
