Room Items definition

Room Items means items that are provided by the Landlord for the Tenant’s use within the Roomspace.
Room Items means the fixtures and fittings, floor coverings, furnishings, doors and internal glass, within the Room excluding Service Utilities within the Room;

  • Common Areas: the external grounds, car park, cycle store, driveways, footpaths and landscaped areas of the Development and the following areas within the buildings: social hub, gym, cinema room, halls, corridors, staircases, lifts and landings and any other part of the building that does not form part of a flat Contents: the Room Items (and (if Cluster Flat) the Shared Items) as set out in the Inventory and Schedule of Condition.

  • The Tenant shall not remove any of the Room Items from the Room (or (if Cluster Flat) the Shared Items from the Shared Areas of the Cluster Flat) or allow them to be used outside the Room (or (if Cluster Flat) the Cluster Flat).

  • The Room Items should be in the same position as at check in The Tenant (jointly with other Tenants) and, where applicable, should leave the Shared Areas and Shared Kitchens and the Shared Items in clean and tidy condition and free of damage (other than fair wear and tear).

  • I am responsible for obtaining a TV licence for any television in the Room CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE I accept the Room, the Room Items, Shared Areas and Shared Items as being present and in good repair and condition, unless I inform the Landlord's Agent to the contrary on the Inventory Form within 7 days of check in.

  • Punch List Items means such items (i) as are reasonably necessary or appropriate to fully complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Hotel in accordance with this Contract and (ii) that, unless otherwise agreed by Buyer in its sole discretion, (a) individually and in the aggregate do not and will not prohibit, cause a delay in or otherwise adversely affect, under applicable Legal Requirements, the Franchise Agreement or otherwise, the opening of the Hotel for business to the public or the continued occupancy and operation of the Hotel as contemplated under the Brand and (b) may be corrected or completed, subject to delays caused by Force Majeure, within not more than sixty (60) days.

  • Marijuana items means marijuana, cannabinoid products, cannabinoid concentrates and cannabinoid extracts.

  • Escrow Items means those items that are described in Section 3.

  • Tax Items shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.A.

  • Items means the finished goods or services which are intended for export from the United States, either directly or as an Indirect Export, meet the U.S. Content requirements in accordance with Section 2.01(b)(ii) of this Agreement and are specified in Section 4.A. of the Loan Authorization Agreement.

Group booking rebates, if any, paid by you or on your behalf to third-party groups for group stays must be included in, and not deducted from, the calculation of Gross Rooms Revenue.

  • Issuance Items has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(h) hereof.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Provisional items means items for which approximate quantities have been included in the tender documents.

  • Exceptional Items means any material items of an unusual or non-recurring nature which represent gains or losses including those arising on:

  • Book-Tax Disparities means, with respect to any item of Contributed Property or Adjusted Property, as of the date of any determination, the difference between the Carrying Value of such Contributed Property or Adjusted Property and the adjusted basis thereof for federal income tax purposes as of such date. A Partner's share of the Partnership's Book-Tax Disparities in all of its Contributed Property and Adjusted Property will be reflected by the difference between such Partner's Capital Account balance as maintained pursuant to Exhibit B and the hypothetical balance of such Partner's Capital Account computed as if it had been maintained strictly in accordance with federal income tax accounting principles.

  • Tax-Related Items means any income tax, social insurance, payroll tax, fringe benefit tax, payment on account or other tax-related items arising out of or in relation to a Participant’s participation in the Plan, including, but not limited to, the exercise of a Purchase Right and the receipt of shares of Common Stock or the sale or other disposition of shares of Common Stock acquired under the Plan.

  • Distributable Items means, as prescribed by CRD IV, the amount of the profits at the end of the last financial year plus any profits brought forward and reserves available for that purpose before distributions to holders of own funds instruments less any losses brought forward, profits which are non-distributable pursuant to provisions in legislation or the institution’s by-laws and sums placed to non-distributable reserves in accordance with applicable national law or the statutes of the institution, those losses and reserves being determined on the basis of the individual accounts of the institution and not on the basis of the consolidated accounts, or any successor provision thereto;

  • Fire alarm system means a system designed to detect and annunciate the presence of fire, or by-products of fire. Fire alarm system includes smoke detectors.

  • Shared-Loss Assets means Shared-Loss Loans, Other Real Estate purchased by the Assuming Institution, Additional ORE, Shared-Loss Subsidiaries, and Capitalized Expenditures, but does not include Shared-Loss Securities.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Gross Assets means the total of fixed assets and current assets;

An NCZ Examined Project may be at any phase of development or in operation or an Installed Capacity Supplier.For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Net CONE” shall mean the localized levelized embedded costs of a peaking unit in a Mitigated Capacity Zone, net of the likely projected annual Energy and Ancillary Services revenues of such unit, as determined in connection with establishing the Demand Curve for a Mitigated Capacity Zone pursuant to Section 5.14.1.2 of the Services Tariff, or as escalated as specified in Section 23.4.5.7 of Attachment H.
