Roof line definition

Roof line means the horizontal line made by the intersection of the wall of the building with the roof of the building or the top of the edge of the parapet. In the case of a building with a pitched roof, the roof line shall be at the eave level.
Roof line means the top edge of a roof or a building parapet, whichever is higher, excluding any cupolas, chimneys or other minor projections.
Roof line means the highest point on any building where an exterior wall encloses usable floor space, including floor area for housing mechanical equipment. Roof line also includes the highest point of any parapet wall, provided that the parapet wall extends around the entire perimeter of the building.
