Rollover Shareholders definition

Rollover Shareholders means each of Expert Master Holdings Limited, Mr. Longhua Piao and UMW China Ventures (L) Ltd.
Rollover Shareholders means each and all of the Shareholders of the Company identified in Annex A-1, who are parties to the Consortium Agreement.
