Roll Call means taking attendance by the Chair of the meeting by way of calling out the names of the Trustees;

If a supervisor does not hold (3) “Roll Calls” in a work period, the supervisor will not receive any ‘Roll Call’ overtime. The Employer may suspend “Roll Calls” provided that such suspension begins before a work period and does not resume again until after the work period.

DUPAGE RIVER TRAIL RESOLUTION # 11R-792 The Board considered for approval a Resolution (#11R-792) authorizing the execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Shorewood and the Forest Preserve District of Will County (DuPage River Trail), presented by EDC Xx. Xxxxx. The Forest Preserve has been working on segments of the DuPage River Trail from Naperville down to the connection with the I&M Canal trail to the south. As part of the Xxxxxx Xxxxx segment they are planning to go underneath the Rt. 52 bridge. (A very expensive endeavor). They have secured the funds to do that and will be doing the construction. They will be bringing it up to East Shore Drive across some of the property acquired by the Village after the flood of 96. They will be obtaining all the permits and the Village will cooperate with them in those efforts. They will be doing the actual construction and the Village will do the ongoing maintenance of that on Village property.
