Roche Territory definition

Roche Territory means, collectively, (a) the United States of America (“U.S.” or “U.S.A.” or “United States”) and its territories and possessions where the patent laws of the United States are in force and (b) all other countries in the Territory, excluding the PDL Sole Territory (the “Roche ROW Territory”).
Roche Territory means all countries and territories in the world other than the Pharmasset Territory.
Roche Territory means (a) in the case of Program 1, Program 3, and Program 5, all countries of the world, and (b) in the case of Program 2 and Program 4, ROW.

Examples of Roche Territory in a sentence

  • Each Development Plan shall specify, among other things, that Roche shall conduct, at its own cost and expense, all activities in support of obtaining Regulatory Approval in the Roche Territory.

  • In all other cases, Roche, as the party owning the Filings and Regulatory Approvals shall be solely responsible for reporting adverse drug experiences to the regulatory authorities in the Roche Territory.

  • Upon request of Pharmasset, Roche shall supply Pharmasset with a copy of all such communications in all other countries in the Roche Territory.
