Road Runner definition

Road Runner means Road Runner HoldCo LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Road Runner means Road Runner LLC, organized in Delaware, with its principal place of business located at 13241 Woodland Park Road, Herndon, Virginia 20171, and any successor thereto.

The Exhibits attached to this Agreement substantively represent the functionality, navigation, content and advertising components of Road Runner 2.0. Such functionality, navigation, content and advertising components of Road Runner Service may be modified by Road Runner, from time to time, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
