Road Easement definition

Road Easement means an easement utilized by the easement holder, or others with the permission of the easement holder, for travel by motor vehicle. In the case of a road easement, the owner and/or operator is the easement holder.
Road Easement means that portion of Lots lying within the dashed lines shown on the Plat map for the Roads.

  • In addition, if such widening of the New Road occurs, the City shall work with the Adjacent Property owner to try and cause the Adjacent Property Owner to cooperate with Developer (at no cost or expense to Developer) so that Developer may improve and complete construction of New Road in accordance with streetscape standards adopted as part of the Bergamot Area Plan together with any roadway repair that may also be required at such time on the New Road Easement Area as may be required by the City.

  • The drawings must be prepared on a standard engineering format and show all physical features and improvements proposed to be installed within the boundaries of the Road Easement Area and must be signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Texas.

  • The location of Road Easement is described and depicted in Exhibit B attached hereto (the “Road Easement Area”).

Related to Road Easement

  • Utility easement means a right held by a facility operator to install, maintain, and access an underground facility or pipeline.

  • Conservation easement means that term as defined in section 2140 of the natural resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.2140.

  • adjacent land means all land that borders a property and all land that would have bordered a property, if they were not separated by a river, road, railway line, power transmission line, pipeline, or a similar feature;

  • Easements has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.3.

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Walkway means a paved or unpaved trail or pathway or a structure constructed of wood or other material that is neces- sary due to the difficulty of the terrain for access to the river.

  • Parking Lot means a building or land used for the parking or storage of ten or more motorcars or bakkies, or two or more buses or trucks, excluding −

  • Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.

  • Driveway means a vehicle access route between the carriageway of a road and a use on a parcel;

  • townsite in relation to the townsite to be established near the harbour means a townsite (whether or not constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act) primarily to facilitate the Company’s operations in and near the harbour and for employees of the Company and in relation to the mining areas means such a townsite or townsites or any other townsite or townsites which is or are established by the Company for the purposes of its operations and employees on or near the mining areas in lieu of a townsite constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act;

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to mean sea level, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of coastal or riverine areas.

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Stormwater means water resulting from precipitation (including rain and snow) that runs off the land’s surface, is transmitted to the subsurface, or is captured by separate storm sewers or other sewage or drainage facilities, or conveyed by snow removal equipment.
