RMA Procedures definition

RMA Procedures means the set of procedures found on QUALCOMM's official website which describes the process and documentation required for the return by Buyer of any Product(s) to QUALCOMM. Copies of the RMA Procedures and the Out-of-Warranty Repair Agreement are attached hereto as Attachments 3 and 4, respectively.
RMA Procedures means the process for RMA as notified by CBNG to Customer from time to time; Services means any services agreed in this Contract to be supplied to the Customer by CBNG (including any part of parts of them); Software means computer programs in object code together with any technical information and all documentation necessary for the use of such programs and shall include the CBNG Software and Third Party Software; Term means the period from the Effective Date until the final payment is made by the Customer unless otherwise terminated pursuant to Clause 17; Territory means the country or territory that is stated on the Purchase Order and, if not stated, shall be the United Kingdom;
RMA Procedures means the set of procedures found on QTI’s official website which describes the process and documentation required for the return by Customer of products to QTI. A copy of RMA Procedures is attached as Exhibit C.

  • Any Hardware shipped back to Supplier must be returned according to the Standard RMA Procedures for the Product.


More Definitions of RMA Procedures

RMA Procedures. During the warranty period specified above:
RMA Procedures means the set of procedures found on QUALCOMM's official website which describes the process and documentation required for the return by Integrator of any Product(s) to QUALCOMM. Copies of the RMA Procedures and the Out-of-Warranty Repair Agreement are attached hereto as Attachments 5 and 6, respectively.
RMA Procedures for returning any non-conforming Products using Seller’s. Delivery of a Product to the Carrier at the Delivery Point, or receipt by Buyer of a Product at the Destination Point, shall in no event be construed as Buyer’s acceptance of the Product.
RMA Procedures means Xenogen’s standard practices and procedures for receiving and replacing Licensed Products as set forth in Section 5.6 and Exhibit E.
RMA Procedures means the Klas Telecom Return Material Authorisation procedures described on xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx, which may from time to time be altered by Klas Telecom.
RMA Procedures means Heska's returned materials authorization (RMA) procedures, as revised by Heska from time to time.

  • AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Finland to which such Reporting Finnish Financial Institution is subject.

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Bidding Procedures means the procedures governing the Auction and sale of all or substantially all of the Debtors’ assets, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with their terms.

  • Auction Procedures means the Auction Procedures that are set forth in Paragraph 10 of the Articles Supplementary.

  • Rights Offering Procedures means the procedures with respect to the Rights Offering that are approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Disclosure Statement Order and shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Debtors and the Required Backstop Parties.

  • Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Associated Procedures means those procedures and/or statements that have been adopted by the Underwriter, the Adviser, a Fund or the Compliance Department, and which are designed to supplement this Code and its provisions.

  • Change Control Procedures Has the meaning given in Section 9.6(a) of the Agreement. Change Management or Change Management Process Means the processes relating to planning and performing all changes in DIR Customer's IT environment pertaining to the Services, including changes to individual components and coordination of changes across all components. The Change Management processes will support and include checkpoints to determine any potential or required Change Control Procedures. Chargeback Has the meaning given in Exhibit 4 of the Agreement.

  • Reconciliation Procedures has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.
