RLC Note definition

RLC Note means the Revolving Promissory Note of even date herewith in the amount of the RLC executed by Borrower and delivered pursuant to the terms of this Loan Agreement, together with any renewals, extensions, modifications or replacements thereof.
RLC Note means that Revolving Promissory Note of even date herewith in the face amount equal to the RLC Commitment Amount from Borrower, evidencing the RLC.
RLC Note means a Revolving Promissory Note of even date herewith substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "C", in the amount of a Bank's Pro Rata Share of the RLC Commitment, executed by Borrower and delivered to a Bank pursuant to the terms of this Credit Agreement, together with any renewals, extensions, modifications, restatements or replacements thereof.

  • Further, Lender's execution of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver (either express or implied) of the requirement that any further modification of the RLC or of the RLC Note or the Loan Agreement, shall require the express written approval of Lender; no such approval (either express or implied) has been given as of the date hereof.

Related to RLC Note

  • RMB Note means a Note denominated in Renminbi.

  • Revolving Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to a Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit 11.1(d) hereto, evidencing Indebtedness of the Borrower under the Revolving Loan Commitment of such Lender.

  • Term Loan A Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit 2.5-3, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Definitive Class C Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.
