RJR Tobacco means RAI’s indirect, wholly owned subsidiary, R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, a North Carolina corporation, or, from time to time as the context requires, the RAI reportable operating segment that consists principally of the primary operations of R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company;
RJR Tobacco means the operating segment comprised of the primary operations of R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company; and
RJR Tobacco means the operating segment comprised principally of the primary operations of R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, a North Carolina corporation and RAI’s indirect, wholly owned subsidiary;

  • Tobacco means cigarettes, cigars, chewing or pipe tobacco, or any other item that contains tobacco.

  • Retail tobacco store means a retail store utilized primarily for the sale of tobacco products and accessories and in which the sale of other products is merely incidental.

  • Smokeless tobacco means any powder that consists of cut, ground, powdered, or leaf tobacco that contains nicotine and that is intended to be placed in the oral cavity;

  • Tobacco paraphernalia means any item designed for the consumption, use, or preparation of Tobacco Products.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Tobacco retailer means any Person who sells, offers for sale, or does or offers to exchange for any form of consideration, tobacco, Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia. “Tobacco Retailing” shall mean the doing of any of these things. This definition is without regard to the quantity of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia sold, offered for sale, exchanged, or offered for exchange.

  • Tobacco-related devices means cigarette papers or pipes for smoking.

  • Department sample means liquor that is placed in the possession of the

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase Retail Marijuana from a Retail Marijuana Cultivation Facility and to purchase Retail Marijuana Product from a Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facility and to sell Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product to consumers.

  • Specialty fertilizer means a fertilizer distributed primarily for nonfarm use.

  • Marijuana wholesaler means a person who purchases marijuana items in this state for resale to a person other than a consumer.
