River District definition

River District means the Colorado River Water Conservation District created and existing pursuant to the River District Organic Act defined in Recital A and acting by and through its Colorado River Water Projects Enterprise which is currently described and memorialized in the Resolution of the Colorado River Water Conservation District’s Board of Directors dated April 20, 2005.
River District means the River District Business Improvement Area, which consists of rateable property in a prescribed business property class located in an area designated by Council and identified on Schedule ‘A’ to this Constitution. A reference to the River District is a reference to the geographical area and or to the local board as the context requires;

Student Data shall constitute Pupil Records for the purposes of this Agreement, and for the purposes of Wisconsin and federal laws and regulations.
