Diversity Score means, as of any day, a single number that indicates collateral concentration in terms of both issuer and industry concentration, calculated as set forth in Schedule 7 hereto, as such Diversity Scores shall be updated at the option of the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion if Xxxxx’x publishes revised criteria.
FICO Score A statistical credit score obtained by mortgage lenders in connection with the loan application to help assess a borrower's credit worthiness.
At-risk student means any identified student who needs additional support and who is not meeting or not expected to meet the established goals of the educational program (academic, personal/social, career/vocational). At-risk students include but are not limited to students in the following groups: homeless children and youth, dropouts, returning dropouts, and potential dropouts.
Risk Rating means, with respect to any Loan at any time, if such Loan is at such time (i) rated by both S&P and Moody’s, the lower of such ratings, (ii) rated by either S&P or Moody’s, such rating or (iii) not rated by either S&P or Moody’s, the rating determined by the Servicer’s risk rating model.
Credit Score With respect to any Mortgage Loan, a numerical assessment of default risk with respect to the Mortgagor under such Mortgage Loan, determined on the basis of a methodology developed by Fair, Xxxxx & Co., Inc.

FICO means Fair Xxxxx & Co., or any successor thereto.
Risk means the combination of the probability of occurrence of harm and the severity of that harm;
Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.
