Risk Participation Liability definition

Risk Participation Liability means, as to each Letter of Credit, all reimbursement obligations of Borrowers to the Issuing Lender with respect to an L/C Undertaking, consisting of (a) the amount available to be drawn or which may become available to be drawn, (b) all amounts that have been paid by the Issuing Lender to the Underlying Issuer to the extent not reimbursed by Borrowers, whether by the making of an Advance or otherwise, and (c) all accrued and unpaid interest, fees, and expenses payable with respect thereto.
Risk Participation Liability means, as to each Letter of Credit, all obligations of Borrower to the Issuing Lender with respect to such Letter of Credit, including (a) the contingent reimbursement obligations of Borrower with respect to the amounts available to be drawn or which may become available to be drawn thereunder, (b) the reimbursement obligations of Borrower with respect to amounts that have been paid by the Issuing Lender to the Underlying Issuer, and (c) all accrued and unpaid interest, fees, and expenses payable with respect thereto.
Risk Participation Liability means, as to each Letter of Credit, all reimbursement obligations of Borrowers to the issuer of an L/C or to the issuer of a letter of credit with respect to the transaction for which an L/C Undertaking was executed and delivered (to the extent such reimbursement obligations are subject to such L/C Undertaking), consisting of (a) the amount available to be drawn or which may become available to be drawn under the Letter of Credit, (b) all amounts which that been paid and made available by the issuing bank to the extent not reimbursed by Borrowers, whether by the making of an Advance or otherwise, and (c) all accrued and unpaid interest, fees, and expenses payable with respect thereto.
