Risk Notice definition

Risk Notice means the Risk Notices provided at Schedule 1 and 2;
Risk Notice means risk disclosures applicable to Client, Clients transactions under this Agreement which are set out in Schedule A;
Risk Notice means as defined in Section 5.2.

Risk Notice. Means the General Risk Disclosure Notice provided at Schedule 2.   • Merchant Shipping Notice means a Notice described as such, issued by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, and any reference to a particular Merchant Shipping Notice includes a reference to any such document amending or replacing that Notice which is considered by the Secretary of State to be relevant from time to time;
