Risk Management Instruments definition

Risk Management Instruments means each instrument, contract or binding commitment to which the Company or any Subsidiary is a party which is a Derivative Instrument or a Normal Purchase or Normal Sale Instrument.
Risk Management Instruments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.9 of this Agreement.
