All lands having slopes of 20% or greater and lands within Riparian Areas having slopes of 10% and greater.
Disturbance of a Highlands Riparian Area shall be permitted only within portions of such Areas which have been previously disturbed, as demonstrated by submission of a property survey in accordance with 2.a, below.
Disturbance of any portion of a Highlands Riparian Area is prohibited except as provided at A.2, below, or where associated with an approved Riparian Area restoration or enhancement activity designed to improve the functional value of the Riparian Area, in accordance with the parameters listed at § 6.2.7, below.
