RingCentral Services definition

RingCentral Services means all Offerings that are Sold directly or indirectly by RingCentral or any RingCentral Affiliate. The RingCentral Services shall, with respect to a particular Location, automatically include ACO when it first becomes Available in such Location.

Examples of RingCentral Services in a sentence

  • Customer may not use the RingCentral Services in environments requiring fail-safe performance or in which the failure of the RingCentral Services could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.

  • Customer acknowledges that misuse of RingCentral Services may violate third-party IP rights.

  • While RingCentral offers unlimited monthly plans for some of its products and services, RingCentral Services are intended for regular business use.

  • Some of the RingCentral Services may provide direct technical means to enable Customer to fulfil its duties to respond to requests from data subjects under Applicable Data Protection Laws.

  • This document describes the Information Security Measures (“Measures”) that RingCentral has in place when processing Protected Data through RingCentral Services.

  • Uses commercially reasonable efforts to regularly identify software security vulnerabilities in RingCentral Services.

  • Restricts access to, controls, and monitors all physical areas where RingCentral Services process Protected Data (“Secure Areas”).

  • Customer acknowledges that misuse of RingCentral Services may violate third-party IPrights.

  • ATTACHMENT G Attachment – Public Sector Entity’s Terms & Conditions Required by Statute This Attachment is a part of the Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) that includes the terms and conditions agreed by the Parties under which RingCentral will provide the RingCentral Services to Customer.

  • General Services has the meaning ascribed to it in section "2.1" hereinbelow;

  • Legal Services means services of a legal or financial nature and includes any part of such services, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes (without limitation):-

  • municipal services means services provided either by the municipality, or by an external agent on behalf of the municipality in terms of a service delivery agreement.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Funeral services means services customarily performed by a mortuary science licensee who is licensed pursuant to article 18 of the occupational code, 1980 PA 299, MCL 339.1801 to 339.1812. Funeral services include, but are not limited to, care of dead human remains, embalming, preparation of dead human remains for final disposition, professional services relating to a funeral or an alternative to a funeral or final disposition of dead human remains, transportation of dead human remains, limousine services, use of facilities or equipment for viewing dead human remains, visitation, memorial services, or services which are used in connection with a funeral or alternative to a funeral, coordinating or conducting funeral rites or ceremonies, cremations, and other services provided in connection with a funeral, alternative to a funeral, or final disposition of dead human remains.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Dental Services means diagnostic, preventive, or corrective

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.
