RingCentral Network definition

RingCentral Network means the network and supporting facilities between and among the RingCentral points of presence (“PoP(s)”), up to and including the interconnection point between the RingCentral’s network and facilities, and the public Internet, and the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). The RingCentral Network does not include the public Internet, a Customer’s own private network, or the PSTN.
RingCentral Network means the network and supporting facilities between and among the RingCentral points of presence (“PoP(s)”), up to and including the interconnection point between the RingCentral’s network and facilities, and the public Internet, and the PSTN. The RingCentral Network does not include the public Internet, a Customer’s own private network, or the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).
RingCentral Network means the RingCentral owned facilities used in providing access to the Services. The RingCentral Network does not include the public Internet, the PSTN, any third-party service or integration, or changes to API’s of third-party services.

Examples of RingCentral Network in a sentence

  • Customer may not use, or permit the use of the Services, to interfere with the use of RingCentral’s service by others or with the operation of the RingCentral Network.

  • Based on its investigation, RingCentral will provide a reasonable determination of the root cause(s) of any failure for the quality of service to meet the target MOS of 3.8. RingCentral will resolve any root cause(s) on the RingCentral Network; Customer shall timely implement settings or other resolution advised by RingCentral to improve the quality of service.

  • ATTACHMENT C SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT FOR OFFICE SERVICES This Service Level Agreement for Office Services (the “Office SLA”) is a part of the Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) that includes the Service Availability levels RingCentral commits to deliver on the RingCentral Network for Voice Services, solely for Office Services.

  • Act (FERPA) Customer Content when in-transit on the RingCentral Network and when at-rest within RingCentral Data Centers may contain communications and/or educational records pertaining to students in connection with the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Customer may terminate the Agreement without penalty, and will receive a pro-rata refund of all prepaid, unused fees in the following circumstances if RingCentral fails to meet a Service Availability of at least 99.9% on the RingCentral Network for Voice Services during any three (3) calendar Months in any continuous 6-Month period, and customer has timely reported Down Time as set forth herein.

  • Customer may not use, or permit the use of the Services to interfere with the use of RingCentral’s Services by others, or with the operation of the RingCentral Network.

  • Customer Content when in-transit on the RingCentral Network and when at-rest within RingCentral Data Centers may contain communications and/or educational records pertaining to students in connection with the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement.

  • U ervice AvailabilityU” is the time for which Voice Services for RingCentral Office are available on the RingCentral Network, expressed as a percentage of the total time in the relevant calendar month, and calculated as set forth below.

  • Uown Time”Uis an unscheduled period during which the Voice Services for RingCentralOffice on the RingCentral Network are interrupted and not usable, except that Down Time does not include unavailability or interruptions due to (1) acts or omissions of Customer;(2) an event of a Force Majeure; or (3) Customer’s breach of the Agreement.

  • RingCentral confirms that the Down Time was the result of an outage or fault on the RingCentral Network.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Network Resource shall have the meaning as provided in the NYISO OATT, for such resources located in New York, and the meaning as provided in the PJM OATT, for such resources located in PJM.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, which is generally used in large metropolitan areas that are densely populated, in order to provide highly reliable service. Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) is an optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC-1/STS-1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Cable Television Network or “cable TV network” means any system consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide cable service for reception by multiple subscribers;

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.
